2021 again what a year it has been let us take a quick look at what that has meant for us as a dance school.

We have welcomed new students, danced in the studio and at home, zoomed workshops from professional dancers, achieving 2nd place in the dance world cup, students have gained places at very established associate programs and we have maintained the school’s 100% pass rate in RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern.

I want to take this opportunity to highlight some achievements this year

World Cup

Well done to the Thomas who achieved 2nd place in his Ballet solo for the England Team representing Miss Daisy Dance Team and BGS. Although we couldn't attend in person Thomas still managed to achieve this place by a video submission. I am very proud of Thomas and glad I got to work with his natural talent to achieve this award winning dance.

Exam

Congratulation to everyone who took their RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern exam's this year. We continue our 100% exam pass rate. We had some outstanding results with a lot of marks being above 80.

Associate Programme

Well Done to all the dancers listed below who have worked really hard to gain places at these prestigious associate programs

Sophie Peden and Sophie Winfield. will also continue with their places with Morea Performing Arts

Our Competition Team Achievements: We performed our first live competition in 2 years and we returned with a bang! For most of our dancers it was their first time on stage performing and I can't describe how proud I am of everyone. It's not always about placing it's about getting up on stage, experiencing the pressure of competing and building confidence and dance skills, so a HUGE congratulations and well done to everyone who performed.

ISTD outstand Teaching award

Miss Daisy is very proud that she gained a award from the ISTD ( The imperial Society of Teacher if Dancing) for outstanding teaching and Choreography. It's very rare as teacher's that we get recognised by such a high established examination board and I am very proud to share this with you all. Thank you for bring

all your students to class each week without you this wouldn't of been achievable.
